Important information related to COVID-19
Due to the spread of COVID-19 in Québec, and to ensure the safety and health of its employees, volunteers and all of its stakeholders, the Literacy Foundation and its partners have put the following measures in place :
The Foundation team is now working from home
In order to comply with government requirements and to ensure the safety of its entire team, the Foundation’s employees are now working from home. The measures will be in effect for an indefinite period.
The Foundation maintains its services
In order not to affect its clientele, the Foundation is maintaining its Adult Learnline and Info-Alpha services in place. As usual, you are invited to communicate with our agents by phone, online forms or on the services’ Facebook pages.
Postponed or canceled events
- In accordance with the Quebec government’s ban of holding gatherings of more than 250 people, several event organizers have had to postpone or cancel Job Fairs planned for the coming months. Consult the list of events to remain informed.
- Likewise, the organizers of the Banque Scotia 21k de Montréal have chosen to postpone the event to avoid any risk to the health and safety of participants. The new dates have been announced. Click here for all the details (in French).
